Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)

“Personal information” refers to information about a living individual that can identify a specific person, such as name, email address, or company name, as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan. Information that cannot identify an individual by itself but can be easily combined with other information to do so is also treated as personal information.

Article 2 (How We Collect Personal Information)

When you use our contact form, we may ask for the following information:

• Any additional information entered in the form

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

Article 4 (Changes to the Purpose of Use)

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent from the user, except in the following cases:

• When necessary to protect life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult
• When especially required for improving public health or promoting the healthy development of children and obtaining consent is difficult
• When cooperating with government institutions or local public bodies in executing operations prescribed by law, and obtaining consent could impede those operations
• When personal data is handled by a subcontractor within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use

Article 6 (Management of Personal Information)

We implement appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information. Personal information is handled only by personnel who require access to perform their duties.

Article 7 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When we receive a request from a user to disclose their personal information, we will respond promptly after confirming the identity of the requester. In cases where disclosure could result in any of the following, we may decline the request and will communicate the reason:

• Risk of harm to the life, body, property, or rights of the individual or a third party
• Significant interference with the proper execution of our operations
• Breach of other laws and regulations

Note that information other than personal data, such as access logs, may generally not be disclosed.

Article 8 (Correction and Deletion)

If a user finds that their personal information held by us is incorrect or outdated, they may request a correction, addition, or deletion. We will investigate the request and take appropriate action if necessary, and notify the user of the outcome.

Article 9 (Suspension of Use)

If we are requested to suspend or delete personal information on the grounds that it is being used beyond the stated purposes or was obtained unlawfully, we will promptly conduct an investigation. When we determine action is warranted, we will suspend or delete the information and notify the user. If suspension or deletion is difficult due to high cost or other circumstances, we will take alternative measures to protect the user’s rights.

We may use cookies to improve services and enhance convenience. Cookies store usage history and form entries on a user’s device. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect website functionality.
