Neosphere (the “Project”) recognizes the protection of personal information as an important responsibility. We comply with applicable privacy laws and handle personal information appropriately in accordance with this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).

Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)

Information that cannot identify an individual by itself but can be easily combined with other information to do so is also treated as personal information.

When you use our contact form, we may ask for the following information:

  • Any additional information entered in the form

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

Note that information other than personal data, such as access logs, may generally not be disclosed.

Article 9 (Suspension of Use)

If we are requested to suspend or delete personal information on the grounds that it is being used beyond the stated purposes or was obtained unlawfully, we will promptly conduct an investigation. When we determine action is warranted, we will suspend or delete the information and notify the user. If suspension or deletion is difficult due to high cost or other circumstances, we will take alternative measures to protect the user’s rights.
